Simmer is an early stage company based out of Georgia Tech new startup incubator - Flashpoint. We are developing technology to help parent and students aged 13-17 ease conflicts at home.

Mario Montag, Co-Founder, CEO
Mario has led IT endeavors from small strategy assessments to $10 Million global ERP projects in his 15 year career. After graduating from the University of Florida as an Industrial Engineer, Mario joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant. Mario later joined AT&T, McKinsey&Company, and Hitachi Consulting. Mario is a fast paced creative problem solver with strong leadership, analytical, communication skills. Eric Winter, Co-Founder, CTO
Eric is an enthusiastic leader, techophile and entrepreneur. Since graduating from Georgia Tech he has spent time in a broad range of technical roles from R&D to software architecture, from developer to manager. As the father of two teenage children he brings passion and practical perspective to his work with Simmer. Eric has worked at Motorola, Home Depot, CTI Interactive and Webicus, LLC. Simmer is his third startup.
